Anjos Pilates is a boutique Pilates studio in Lisbon offering personalized classes focused on strength, posture, flexibility, and body awareness. The studio provides a calm and welcoming environment with high-quality instruction tailored to different fitness levels and individual goals. Clients can choose between Mat Pilates and Reformer sessions designed to improve core stability, mobility, and overall well-being. The code FITUAL@ANJOS is valid for drop-in classes at €25 for Mat Pilates and €35 for Reformer Pilates. Please note that grip socks are mandatory for Reformer classes for safety reasons. Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio for €15. Clients are also asked to arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts, as entry is not permitted more than 3 minutes after the beginning of the session.
