Body & Soul Värmdö

Training and wellness club at Värmdö Köpcentrum in Gustavsberg, built as much around community as workouts. Alongside a full-scale gym floor there are large social areas, a cafe corner, a sauna and massage chairs.

The group schedule runs around 50 classes a week, including spinning, and about a dozen therapists and personal trainers work out of the space. Treatments, lectures and workshops run alongside the training, and the club describes itself as a meeting place for the whole person, not just a gym.
