CrossFit Fabriken

CrossFit box in Lund's Maskinvägen industrial area, part of the Fabriken training centers in Skåne. Members range from people new to functional training to competitive athletes, and there is an outdoor training area alongside the main floor.

Training runs as coached functional fitness classes, with progression tailored to how much you want to put in. The box makes a point of its coaching team and of the community feel around the classes.
