Boutique training studio in Glyfada, the seaside suburb on the southern Athens coast, run under the DrFit brand. It is built around guided sessions in a small space rather than a big open gym floor.
Training covers EMS sessions with electro-stimulation suits, Pilates on reformer machines, and one-on-one personal training, with functional cross training also on the menu.
