F45 Training Bezigrad

F45 studio in the Bežigrad district of Ljubljana, on Dunajska cesta inside the Rotonda business building, with parking available in the Rotonda garage or on nearby streets. Sessions are 45-minute functional group workouts run on a station-based circuit, with two trainers on the floor guiding technique and scaling the intensity for each person. The workouts rotate through a large library of cardio, resistance, and hybrid programs, with a range of weights at every station so beginners and fitter members train side by side.
