Fit Express (Siena)

Low-cost gym on the edge of Siena, part of the Italian Fit Express chain, open around the clock through a card access system. Training splits between cardio machines, free weights, and a functional area, and group classes are included on a rotating weekly timetable. There is also a sauna, vibrating platforms, and massage for after the workout.
