Gym in the centre of Venda do Pinheiro, north of Lisbon, part of the Portuguese Fitness Factory chain built around making training simple and accessible. Training runs on the gym floor and in group classes, including the chain's rhythm-based Beat formats, with personal training and nutrition guidance available on top.
