GraFit Akademia Sportu (Dąbrowskiej)

Gym in Tarnów, one of two clubs run by the local GraFit Akademia Sportu. The spacious, air conditioned floor is split into separate areas for strength training, cardio, and crossfit style work.

Machines and cardio kit come from Life Fitness, Matrix, and Concept, and the club runs group classes on a weekly schedule with dietetics support on the side. There are saunas, separate for men and women, plus a fit bar and relax zone for before or after training.
