Jims (Auderghem)

Fitness club in Auderghem, in the southeast of Brussels, part of the Belgian Jims chain. It has a Life Fitness cardio zone with built-in screens, a strength area with free weights and Hammer Strength plate-loaded machines, plus functional and stretch zones. Group classes range from Zumba, yoga and pilates to crosstraining, HIIT, core and boxing alongside Les Mills Bodypump, with small group programs like Moving Moms and Strength for Women. An infrared sauna and a lounge round out the club.
