Jims (Bxl Porte de Namur)

Recently renovated fitness club at Porte de Namur in Ixelles, steps from central Brussels' main shopping streets, part of the Belgian Jims chain. The cardio zone has over 50 machines, and the Technogym fitness floor pairs free weights up to 50 kg with 20 fixed and 20 plate-loaded machines, plus a functional zone. Classes run from Les Mills Bodypump, Bodycombat and Bodyattack to HIIT, pilates, yoga and Zumba, with premium sessions in the Performance and Cycling Cubes. The club also holds an official HYROX license for coached race preparation, and there is an infrared sauna for afterwards.
