Jims (Deinze)

Fitness club on the top floor of the Driespoort Shopping centre in Deinze, part of the Belgian Jims chain. The cardio zone runs from treadmills and cross trainers to rowers and recumbent bikes, with a strength floor of machines, free weights and plate-loaded equipment plus a functional area. Group classes include indoor cycling, pilates, BBB, Burn, dance, yoga and step, alongside small group programs like Start to Workout and Strength for Women. There is an infrared sauna, and a physio practice works inside the club for prevention and rehab.
