Jims (Genk Stadsplein)

Fitness club inside the Shopping 1 centre on Genk's central Stadsplein, part of the Belgian Jims chain. Training splits across a cardio zone, a strength floor with Life Fitness and Hammer Strength equipment, and stretch and functional areas.

More than 20 group sessions run each week, from Les Mills Bodypump and Bodycombat to boxing, HIIT, step, yoga, and pilates. A separate Body and Mind Cube hosts calmer classes and guided ice bath sessions, with an infrared sauna on top.
