Jims (Kuurne)

Fitness club on the ring road in Kuurne, just outside Kortrijk, part of the Belgian Jims chain. The gym floor runs cardio machines with built-in screens next to strength equipment from Life Fitness, Hammer Strength and Fittribution, plus a functional zone and a stretch corner.

Separate cubes host interactive cycling classes, boxing sessions and Body and Mind formats, within a schedule that also covers BBB, core, dance, Les Mills Bodyattack, Pilates and Total Body Conditioning. There is also an infrared sauna, and a physiotherapy practice works out of the club.
