Jims (Laakdal)

Fitness club in Eindhout, a village in the Kempen municipality of Laakdal, part of the Belgian Jims chain. The floor combines treadmills, cross trainers and rowing machines with free weights, plate-loaded machines and modern strength equipment. Group classes run from Les Mills Bodypump and TAF to The Circle, yoga and Zumba, with small group training for coached sessions in a tighter setting. An infrared sauna and a lounge sit alongside the training zones.
