Jims (Lommel)

Fitness club in Lommel, in Belgium's Limburg Kempen, part of the Jims chain. Alongside the cardio zone, strength floor and functional zone there is an EGYM circuit of eight smart Life Fitness machines that adjust to your body via a wristband for a quick 30-minute session. The class list runs boxing, dance, indoor cycling, mobility, Pilates, yoga, step and TAF, plus small group programs like Healthy Back, Squat Bench Deadlift and Strength for Women. An infrared sauna and lounge are on site.
