Jims (Maasmechelen)

Fitness club on Koninginnelaan in Maasmechelen, in Belgian Limburg near the Dutch border, part of the Jims chain. Training spreads over a cardio zone with treadmills, cross trainers and rowing machines, a strength floor with free weights, fixed and plate-loaded machines, and a functional zone.

The class schedule takes in boxing, core, indoor cycling, Pilates, yoga, Zumba, TAF and Total Body Conditioning, with small group training for coached sessions. An infrared sauna and lounge are there for after the workout.
