Jims (Nivelles)

Fitness club in Nivelles, south of Brussels, part of the Belgian Jims chain and recently renovated. The floor runs on Technogym equipment, with a screen-equipped cardio zone, a strength area, a functional zone and a separate stretch zone.

A Cycling Cube studio hosts interactive spinning sessions including Coach by Color, and the class schedule adds boxing, crosstraining, pilates, yoga, step, Burn and total body conditioning. Small group training and an infrared sauna round out the offer.
