Koti Wellness Lomas is a modern social wellness studio in Lomas de Chapultepec, Mexico City. It specialises in group contrast therapy, where guests alternate between a hot sauna and cold-plunge pools. Unlike Koti’s private Roma Norte experience, this location has a more social and community-oriented atmosphere, designed for relaxation, recovery and connecting with others. Sessions can be booked individually, through packages or as part of a membership.
