The floor splits into cardio, machine, and free weight zones, a functional hall stocked for HYROX prep, and a crossfit style cross zone, with a separate Balance studio for yoga, pilates, and aerial yoga. Classes cover CrossFit, HIIT, Tabata, calisthenics, and Zumba, and there is a sauna and jacuzzi relax zone for afterwards.
