Health club inside the TecMaia business park in Moreira da Maia, on the northern edge of the Porto metro area, sharing a site with football pitches and tennis and padel courts.

Inside there is a spacious weights room with cardio machines, strength machines and TRX gear, a cycling room, and two studios for classes like step, spinning, and Pilates. A sauna and Turkish bath cover recovery, with physiotherapy, osteopathy, and nutrition services also on site.
