Pulse Fit (West Park)

Fitness and spa club at the edge of West Park in Sofia's Lyulin district, about ten minutes on foot from the metro. Its standout feature is an outdoor cross training zone with a running track, coached for high intensity sessions. Inside are a 600 square meter strength area, cardio and functional zones, a spinning studio and group halls running Cross Training, Fit Ball, Mobility and P.BoxX. The water side includes a heated outdoor pool, a cold shock pool, steam bath, sauna and thermal loungers.
