Sports Up Waldenbuch

Fitness and health club in Waldenbuch, a small town south of Stuttgart. The training side combines a free weights area with a milon circuit and dedicated group class rooms.

The program leans health-oriented, with rehab sport and insurance-covered prevention courses next to the regular classes. Afterwards there is a Finnish sauna, a weekly women-only sauna evening, and a fireplace lounge to wind down in.
