The Kynd Space

Boutique movement studio spread across sanctuaries in the Principe Real and Anjos neighbourhoods of Lisbon, with classes taught in English. The Mat Studio sits under ceiling windows in warm terracotta and earthy green tones, while a separate Reformer Studio downstairs holds ten students and opens onto a private garden.

You can do daily Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates on the machines, plus Yoga from Yin to Vinyasa, Barre, HIIT, and Pilates and Barre fusion classes across all levels. Sessions are music driven with a strong community focus, and regulars describe the space as cozy and welcoming.
