The Reformer Lab (Amoreiras)

Reformer Pilates studio in the Amoreiras area of Lisbon, one of three Reformer Lab studios around the city, built around dynamic Pilates with recovery on the side.

Classes run on Balanced Body reformers, and this studio also has its own Barre room with a Signature Barre class taught only here. There is an infrared sauna cabin for after the workout, plus towels, skincare products, and separate showers for men and women.
