The Reformer Lab (Estoril)

Reformer Pilates studio in central Estoril, on the coast west of Lisbon, run as a boutique space that treats recovery as part of the workout.

Classes run on premium Balanced Body reformers in Dynamic Reformer and Mega Reformer formats, fast-paced sessions built around strength. After class there is an infrared sauna and LED light therapy, with separate men's and women's showers stocked with plush towels and good products.
