The Reformer Lab (Santos)

Reformer Pilates studio in Santos, on Lisbon's riverside stretch of Avenida 24 de Julho, one of three Reformer Lab studios around the city. Classes run on Balanced Body reformers in a dynamic, strength-focused style, and this studio adds an LED light therapy cabin for recovery plus a wellness coffee corner. Towels, skincare products, and separate showers for men and women are provided.
