Gym in Bobadela, five minutes' walk from the train station and close to Aldi and Auchan, with easy access from the EN10. Rather than group classes, this club is built around independent training, with heavier equipment including dumbbells over 40kg, a step training area, a 'Time to Drink' beverage station and an ice bath, plus a Lady Fitness area. Technical support is on hand throughout, in a friendly, judgement-free environment.
