Alongside standard cardio and strength machines, the club has a hack machine and a pelvic elevation machine for lower-body work, an ice bath, and a Lady Fitness area designed for comfort and privacy. Cycling, Cross Training, HIIT and other group classes run throughout the week, and free Wi-Fi is available on-site.
