Waveflow Club

Waveflow Club is a social wellness community in Benidorm, bringing together movement, well-being, good food, music and connection in a relaxed and welcoming environment.

Every Sunday, Waveflow hosts a wellness morning at Goosebumps Garden. The programme includes Pilates, a different movement class each week, brunch, coffee and matcha. Guests can join a single class or stay for the entire morning -there is no pressure or rush, just good energy.

Pilates is at the heart of Waveflow, complemented by yoga, strength, mobility, breathwork and guest-led sessions. Weekly Pilates classes are also held on Wednesdays. Once a month, the programme expands to include a special creative experience, such as painting, ceramics, candle-making or another hands-on workshop.

Waveflow is designed to make wellness more social, enjoyable and connected -a place to move your body, meet new people and slow down. Come alone, bring a friend or become part of the community along the way.
