Xtreme Fitness Tarnów Tarnovia

Gym at the Tarnovia shopping centre on the western side of Tarnów, part of the Polish Xtreme Fitness chain. It pairs open training zones with a studio for group classes.

The zones cover free weights, strength machines, cardio, and a functional area with an Air Zone for dynamic whole-body work. Class formats range from yoga and stretching to fat burning and conditioning workouts.
