Try a yoga, aerial yoga, Pilates, barre or dance class at a movement studio and cafe in Lisbon’s Anjos neighbourhood. The light-filled studio sits just below the cafe, mats are provided, and classes run on a set timetable. Choose from Pilates (including reformer-inspired and aerial), yoga styles like power, Kundalini and flow, plus barre, HIIT, full body sculpt, and dance from contemporary to Latin and heels.
After class, head upstairs for specialty coffee, matcha, or healthy vegetarian and vegan food. Regulars describe the instructors as friendly and the space as clean and calm.
