ELIXIR (Plastira)

Boutique training studio on Nikolaou Plastira street in Kalamaria, near the Aretsou seafront in southeast Thessaloniki, part of the ELIXIR chain of physical health and prevention studios. Training runs one-on-one or in small groups capped at eight people, with Pilates and yoga in the mix. Programs are built from an initial fitness assessment and follow the chain's exercise-as-medicine philosophy, with close supervision of technique.
