Jims (Marcinelle)

Fitness club in Marcinelle on the southern edge of Charleroi, part of the Belgian Jims chain. Inside there is a cardio zone with treadmills, cross trainers and rowing machines, a strength floor with free weights and plate-loaded machines, and a functional training zone. Group classes cover Les Mills Bodypump and Bodyattack, crosstraining, HIIT and yoga, alongside small group training that includes Moving Moms sessions for pre and postnatal workouts. An infrared sauna is on hand for recovery afterwards.
