Töölön Pilates Studio

Pilates studio in the Etu-Töölö neighborhood of Helsinki, about a ten-minute walk from the city center. Classes run as scheduled group sessions and private one-on-one sessions.

You can do mat Pilates and equipment Pilates on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Tower, and Spine Corrector, plus Barre and Spiral Stabilization work aimed at posture and conditions like scoliosis. The studio also offers breathing-focused sessions and Body Emotional Treatment on the massage table, and all instructors can teach in English.
